We provide safe, consistent, and continuous peri-operative care to patients undergoing emergency and routine general surgery, gastrointestinal surgery, gynecological surgery, orthopedic surgery, trauma surgery, endoscopic surgery, neurosurgery, ENT surgery, Dental, and maxilla-facial surgery, Neurosurgery, Cardiac Surgery, Thoracic and vascular surgery, Burn and plastic surgery in our six world-class modular operation theatres. Services are not only limited to the operation theatre (OT). We provide anesthesia to patients in the Gastroenterology suite, for endoscopic and colonoscopic procedures; at the cardiovascular laboratory (Cath Lab) for cardiac procedure and neuro intervention; radiology department for radiological procedures (sedation for MRI, CT scan, image-guided biopsy). Apart from this, the department entertains emergency calls for help and Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) from different wards and units. We attend calls and provide services for difficult venous access, jugular catheter insertion, permanent catheter (perma-cath) insertion, and pain intervention procedures like epidural analgesia and regional blocks.

With improved technology and advances in anesthesia and pain management (short-acting anesthetics, regional blocks, and special techniques) we perform many surgical procedures in the ambulatory or outpatient setting. This means that patients come to the hospital on the day of surgery, undergo the procedure, and return home the same day. This approach has proven to be safe, convenient, and cost-effective.

Anesthesia service is available round the clock, seven days a week.

Pre-anesthesia Checkup (PAC) Clinic:

PAC is mandatory for all patients requiring anesthesia service. We provide PAC for outpatients daily at PAC clinic located in the operation theatre premises. For admitted inpatients, PAC is done at the bedside of patients.
