Dr. Sabin Koirala

Dr. Sabin Koirala is a skilled, qualified and trained Intensivist working as a Consultant Intensivist and Clinical Incharge of Intensive Care Units at HAMS. He completed his MBBS in 2009 from Institute of Medicine (IOM), Maharajgunj, following which he did his MD in Anesthesiology from the same esteemed institute. After gaining experience for 3 years by working as a Critical Care Physician, he completed his Fellowship in Critical Care Medicine from University of Toronto, Canada. He has been working at HAMS since 2018 AD.

Apart from being the clinical lead at ICU at HAMS he is also leading Department of Infection Prevention & Control,  and Quality Control Committee. He is also involved as an active member of training Committee at HAMS. Being a research enthusiast, he is also actively involved in various research activities, including multinational clinical trails, ongoing at HAMS. Dr. Koirala is also a faculty of National Board of Medical Specialities (NBMS)- Fellowship in Critical Care Medicine Program and also the program coordinator of this fellowship program at HAMS.
