Dr. Pangeni MD, DM is a Consultant Pulmonary, Intensive Care and Sleep Physician with special interest in Airway Diseases and Sleep medicine. He is actively involved in managing patients with various pulmonary and sleep related disorders and providing intensive care at HAMS Hospital, Dhumbarahi, Kathmandu.
He completed his MBBS and MD (Internal Medicine, 2007) from Institute of Medicine, Kathmandu and later achieved Doctorate (DM) degree in “Pulmonary, Critical Care & Sleep Medicine” from the prestigious All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS, Delhi) in 2017. He also has received fellowship on ‘Diabetology’ and observership in ‘critical care’ from Lancashire Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, UK. He has published several research papers and articles in various national and international peer reviewed journals. He is an active member of Society of Internal Medicine of Nepal, Nepalese Respiratory Society, Thoracic Society of Nepal, Indian Chest Society and European Respiratory Society. Previously, he worked as an Assistant Professor of Medicine in Patan Academy of Health Sciences for over 5 years.
