I am an anaesthetist with a particular interest and depth of experience in obstetric anaesthesia, gained across teaching, clinical, and research settings in Nepal and the UK.
I have completed my MD in Anaesthesiology at the College of Medical Sciences, Bharatpur (Kathmandu University), followed by an international clinical fellowship in anaesthetics at King's College Hospital, London (2023–2025).

Experience:
Senior Registrar at Paropakar Maternity and Women's Hospital, Thapathali — Nepal's tertiary government maternity hospital with substantial hands-on experience managing obstetric anaesthesia and high-risk parturients.
Faculty at SANCON 2026 presenting on "Relief in Labour: Clinical Skills," and was a trainer for "Perioperative Critical Events in Obstetrics" (University of Louisville / America Nepal Medical Foundation).
Presented research in this area, including a poster on subdural haematoma following spinal anaesthesia for caesarean section, and published work on predicting hypotension after spinal anaesthesia in lower-segment caesarean sections.
Alongside obstetric anaesthesia, I bring broad experience in critical care (ICU procedures, POCUS/FAST/eFAST, ALS certification) and general anaesthesia across multiple surgical specialties.
